This 4-day seminar has been designed to provide participants with an understanding of the theory, historical perspective, and practical methodology of the profession of personal and professional coaching. This seminar will clarify the distinction between therapy and coaching. Participants will learn skills that are transferable from the field of therapy and identify skills that need to be "unlearned" in order to be an effective coach.
This seminar has been designed for participants who would like to further understand the field of coaching and how they may incorporate it into their practice, or evolve their practice into one entirely focused on coaching. Live coaching and video demonstrations, audio sessions, practical experience, and interactive worksheets will be utilized extensively to illustrate coaching principles and techniques.

TIMELINE:
$500 deposit refundable up until June 15th, 2007
July 15th, 2007: Balance due. No refunds are available after this date.
September 30th, 2007: Arrive at the conference before 6pm.
Dr. Williams' workshop approved for 16 CE credits approved for licensed Psychologists, California MFTs and LCSWs. Continuing education credit is provided by Alliant International University, an approved provider by the American Psychological Association, the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (provider #PCE234), and the California Board of Registered Nursing (provider #CEP11235). Alliant International University maintains responsibility for the program.
